I was a walk-in, right off the bat was having issues with the online forms. The lady behind the counter was very polite, patient and helpful. Within a few minutes I was in a waiting room. The nurse started doing the basics. The doctor was in the room before I could even finish coughing. As a typical woman I don't like male doctors. But Joseph Scaminace made me feel at ease right away. He is very friendly, polite and cares about his patience and it showed. No typical doctor lecturing you here!

First Time Patient and my experience was great. Very Clean , Calm atmosphere and the Nurse Tawana was awesome! She was welcoming and assuring, even made me laugh.

This place is full of exceptional caregivers!!! Especially the morning ladies that always make the patients laugh! Kay, Tee, and Dee The best urgent care in Euclid for in and out care!!! Awesome

Very impressed!! Clean, professional staff. Tawana, the NP examined me, told me I sounded terrible and she was right…and sent scripts over to my pharmacy. I would DEFINITELY GO BACK. In and out in a short time! Thank you!

My daughter was sick and had a scheduled sick visit at UH. They refused to see my daughter stating that she needed to switch from uptown and use that specific location (185th) when she was already with UH. I was able to register for Premier Urgent Care online and be seen as soon as we walked into the lobby of Premier. The staff was pleasant and NP Tawana came in and immediately identified the cause of the issues my daughter had. Tawana was phenomenal and sent in meds for my daughter to our pharmacy. She was very quick and efficient! Thank you again Tawana, you put this mom at ease!

This was by far the best urgent care visit id ever experience with well knowledgeable clinicians & Nurse practitioners giving me very valuable information about my situation to help change my health. I have been with Dr. Brobbey’s office for the past 17 years and I’ve had nothing but first class care with him and his staff. Whatever my schedule doesn’t work to be able to see by him himself, I see his practitioner, Julie, and she is just as professionalcaring and knowledgeable as Dr. Brobbey, whenever I call for an appointment, I’m normally seeing within the next day or two if not that same day, I have recommended a few of my family members and friends to premier primary care and they too receive the same level of care, The premier primary urgent care center I have had to visit one time so far the staff there are just as professional and a facility is just as clean as the Main Office next-door, I would highly recommend premier primary care to any and all.

This urgent care is a little further from my house than others, but I saw they had such good reviews I figured it could be worth driving a little further. If you have that option, I highly recommend going here over other places. They got me in and out quickly, but I still feel like they took their time to be thorough. The provider was knowledgeable, kind, and seems genuinely caring. She even went out of her way to get me a bunch of OTC medication samples to take so I could have something for my cough before I got to the pharmacy. For the first time in several days, Im finally starting to feel better. They also followed up early the next day to tell me test results. NP Tawana Cunningham and her team are great and I appreciate how quickly they got me feeling better. Very caring and professional.
